The Apartment House is situated 180 m above the Lichnos Beach, Lichnos is called a part of Parga, which is approx. 5 km away but offers all kinds of water sports, restaurants, cafés and Mini Market directly on the beach.

The Apartment House:
The house is situated above the small drive way down to the beach. The 1-storey building has 10 apartments, all with terrace out front with view, over the garden, to the sea. There is a reception, a sitting area, telephone, as well as a shady garden terrace and private parking for guests only. 2005 the house was renovated and air condition was put in all the apartments.

The apartments:
TYPE A - 6 apartments, each for 4 persons. Every apartment (approx. 35 qm) has a roomy kitchen (which is fully equipped with 2 electric cooking eyes and kitchen table), 2 bed rooms (1 x 1 double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), shower/toilette, and balcony (with roof) with sea and mountain view.
TYPE B - 4 apartments, each for 5 persons. These apartments (approx. 38 qu) are a bit bigger than TYPE A and have an additional bed.

The cleaning:
Bed linen & towel change, cleaning 2 times a week, no additional charges.
