It was built in 2007 and is situated quietly above Parga in an olive grove only
450 m from the town beach Krioneri and the centre of Parga away. There are 20
rooms all with gorgeous view over Parga and the Ionian Sea, pool with pool bar,
small gym, pool umbrellas and sun beds are for free, Internet access available. The apartments: 12 apartments (for 2 to 4 persons) with separated bedroom with 2 beds, fully equipped kitchen with living area, there you find a comfortable foldable sleeping couch (for 2 more persons), bathroom/toilette, satellite-TV, air condition, safety box and balcony with view of Parga and the sea. Furthermore there are 8 studios (for 2 to 3 persons) with kitchenette and foldable couch-bed (for 1 more person) and equipped as the apartments. All rooms are cleaned daily, change of bed linen and towels twice a week. No further expenses.
