The Philippos Apartment-Hotel & Bungalows is a newly built hotel with furnished studios and apartments. It consists of 2 buildings, on the ground floor of the main building there is a reception and a recreation area. Opposite of the main building is the bungalow-complex. All in all there are 21 comfortable apartments, of which 6 are apartments and 15 are studios.

The hotel and the site:

The Hotel and the bungalows are situated at the entrance of the picturesque village of Nikiana, only 150 m away from the beach. To the capital town of the island it is 7 km and to the lively holiday resort of Nidri it is 8 km. The airport Aktio/Preveza is 26 km from the hotel. The pebbly beach has crystal clear water and is surrounded by pine trees and eucalypt trees. Close by there is a small super market, taverns and other different shops.

The apartments:

6 apartments, for up to 4 persons:
Each apartment (approx. 40 qm) has 1 bed room with double bed and big balcony (approx. 7 qm) or Veranda with table and chairs, view of the garden, the mountains or the Ionian Sea. The roomy living area has 2 sleeping sofas, kitchenette with fridge, shower/toilette. Four of the 6 apartments are standard-apartments with ceiling ventilation; two are superior-apartments with air condition and TV.

12 studios Type B, for 3 to 4 persons:
Spacious room (approx. 28 qm) with double bed and 1 or 2 comfortable sleeping sofas, kitchenette with fridge, shower/toilette, big balcony (approx. 7 qm) or veranda with table and chairs, view of the garden, the mountains or the Ionian Sea. 8 superior-studios in the main building are with air condition and TV and the 4 standard-studios are with ceiling ventilation.

3 studios Type A, for 2 to 3 persons:
The room (approx. 20 qm) has a double bed or 2 single beds, kitchenette with fridge, shower/toilette, ceiling ventilation and balcony with table and chairs. All 3 studios are in the bungalow-complex and have view of the garden or the mountains.
