The Villa: This accommodation consists of 4 separate villas and each one has its own swimming pool, car park, has approx. 75 qm and is equipped with 2 two bed-rooms (1 bed room with double bed and the other one with 2 single beds) a living area with kitchenette, shower, toilette, satellite-TV, air condition and terrace/balcony with view at the pool and the Ionian Sea. There is a fifth new built villa with three bed-rooms, each with private bathroom/WC, living-room, kitchenette, satellite-TV, DVD-player, washmachine for clothes and for dishes, aircondition and terrace/balcony with view at the private pool and the Ionian Sea.

Cleaning: 6 times a week; change of bed linen and towels: twice a week. No additional expenses.
